Vetted, Trained, and Ready

Safety and compliance are non-negotiable. Every ReadyCare staff member maintains a current "Compliance Passport," ensuring they are ready to work the moment they arrive.

  • Mandatory Qualifications: All staff must hold current First Aid, CPR, and NDIS Worker Screening clearances. We prohibit any staff member from attending a shift if these credentials lapse.

  • NDIS Code of Conduct: Every employee is bound by the National NDIS Code of Conduct, ensuring they act with integrity, transparency, and a commitment to safety.

  • Site-Specific Safety: Our workers are trained to follow your site-specific instructions and are required to report any incidents or "near misses" to both you and ReadyCare management within 2 hours.

Our Core Values: The Standards We Live By

  • We show up when we say we will. Our staff are expected to arrive 10 minutes early for every shift because we know your site can’t wait. text goes here

  • We respect that every house has different rules. We don't say "that's not how I do it"; we ask "how would you like it done?"

  • We do the right thing even when no one is watching. We are honest about our skills and take full responsibility for our actions.

  • We treat every participant and site with dignity, acting as invited guests in their homes.

  • We don't just "fill a shift"; we add value. Our team is proactive—if we see a job that needs doing, we do it.
